The Competitive Approach
Unlike general swim sessions, our Competitive Squad Training is regimented to push your physical and technical limits. We operate on a high-intensity, 6-day-a-week schedule designed for athletes who are serious about competing.
What Training Looks Like
Every session at our Bangalore centers includes a mandatory 15 to 20-minute dry-land fitness block—focusing on core strength, running, and dynamic stretching—before we hit the water. Once in the pool, you are not just swimming laps. We use a whiteboard-led system to define specific training loads, sprint intervals, and distance drills.
Stroke Correction & Race Tactics
We break down the four competitive strokes—Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle—to ensure maximum efficiency. Our coaches focus on the details that win races:
- Racing Dives: Mastering your entry and underwater glide.
- Turn Efficiency: Shaving seconds off your flip turns.
- Breath Control: Optimizing oxygen intake during high-exertion sprints.
