We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Whether you want to try MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or just get back in shape, I build a plan that fits your current level, not where you think you should be. With a 1:15 coach-to-member ratio, your form is always checked and you will never feel lost. You just have to show up, and I will handle the rest.
Joining the movement at Raw CrossFit means you are not just signing up for a gym membership. You are joining a community. In Model Town, we have created a space where people come as strangers but leave as family.
What you can expect: We offer a mix of CrossFit, MMA, and BJJ. If you have never touched a boxing glove or a heavy bag, that is perfectly fine. We specialize in beginner-friendly training.
