We provide a clean, modern environment with all the necessary tools: Olympic barbells, a dedicated deadlift zone, heavy-duty racks, and a full range of dumbbells up to 40kg+. You will also find cardio staples like rowing machines and spin bikes for your conditioning days.

Training Philosophy

There is no one-size-fits-all plan here. If you are training solo, use our floor freely. If you need direction, our trainers help with technique, custom diet charts, and weekly body composition tracking to make sure you are actually moving the needle.

Integrated Support

One of the biggest advantages of training with us is the integration of our sports physiotherapy team. If you are dealing with niggles or need a postural analysis, you do not need to go elsewhere. We catch those issues early so you can stay consistent with your training schedule.

Membership Options

We keep it simple with quarterly access memberships that give you full use of the strength, cardio, and machine zones from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. For those who need more accountability, our 1-on-1 personal training sessions focus on specific goals, from sports prep to rehabilitation.
