Forget boring gym routines. I combine boxing fundamentals, kickboxing drills, and functional circuits to get you moving and sweating in HSR Layout.

This is what combat fitness is all about: power, speed, and technique. I use heavy bag drills like this to build explosive strength and perfect kicking form in every class.

Here is a look at one of my high-energy cardio kickboxing classes for women. We focus on fast-paced combinations that burn calories, build stamina, and make you feel powerful.

It's amazing to see my clients push their limits. This video shows a member practicing her boxing combinations on the bag and then transitioning to functional strength training on the monkey bars.

A glimpse into our mixed group batch during a dynamic warm-up. We get the heart rate up and muscles ready for an intense session of HIIT and combat drills.

Hard work followed by happy faces. This is our women's batch after a tough but rewarding cardio kickboxing session. We train hard and support each other.
