High-Energy Combat Fitness and Kickboxing Training
Forget boring gym routines. I combine boxing fundamentals, kickboxing drills, and functional circuits to get you moving and sweating in HSR Layout.
This is what combat fitness is all about: power, speed, and technique. I use heavy bag drills like this to build explosive strength and perfect kicking form in every class.
Here is a look at one of my high-energy cardio kickboxing classes for women. We focus on fast-paced combinations that burn calories, build stamina, and make you feel powerful.
It's amazing to see my clients push their limits. This video shows a member practicing her boxing combinations on the bag and then transitioning to functional strength training on the monkey bars.

When you join my sessions, we don't just jump into cardio. We start with technical work on the bags or pads to fix your form and build real skills. Whether it is a ladies-only session or a mixed group, the focus remains on consistent, high-intensity effort that actually builds strength rather than just going through the motions.
My philosophy is simple: mehnat hi manzil hai. If you are looking for a workout that actually pushes you, this is the right place. I operate primarily out of HSR Fitness World, where we run sessions that mix martial arts with functional conditioning.

We break away from repetitive gym machines. You will work on:
- Combat Fundamentals: Boxing and kickboxing combinations that improve your agility and reaction time.
- Functional Strength: We use kettlebells, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises to build real-world strength.
- High-Energy Cardio: Our HIIT-style intervals ensure your heart rate stays up, which is crucial for calorie burn and stamina.
Batch Formats
I keep the environment focused but fun. You can choose between mixed batches if you want a competitive, high-energy environment, or ladies-only batches designed to be comfortable and supportive. The goal is to build a community where we push each other to do better every single day.
