High-Energy Group Fitness and Cardio Classes in HSR
My classes are where hard work meets high-energy fun. Whether it is Zumba, aerobics, or HIIT, we show up, we sweat, and we build a community that pushes each other to get stronger every single day.
This is the energy you can expect in my group cardio classes. I lead every step, counting you down and pushing you to give your best. We focus on simple, effective dance fitness moves that get your heart rate up.

I focus heavily on form during every session. I am on the floor with you, correcting your posture during box jumps or adjusting your stance for kickboxing, because bad form leads to injury, not results. We train in a non-AC environment with great music, so come prepared to sweat, not just stand around.
I run my sessions at HSR Fitness World, where the environment is built for output. You will not find treadmill-runners staring at screens here. We use floor space, medicine balls, and step platforms to keep things dynamic and challenging.

My morning and evening batches are designed to keep you moving for the full 60 minutes. We start with a high-intensity warm-up, move into the day’s focus—like HIIT for endurance, Zumba for cardio, or step aerobics for coordination—and always wrap up with dedicated core strengthening on mats. My group batches are the highlight of what I do. The mixed-group dynamic creates a supportive space where people who might be intimidated by a standard, silent gym setting feel comfortable pushing their limits. I also run specific ladies-only classes where we build muscle and confidence together. We even have kids' programs that focus on motor skills and movement, keeping them active after school.
