About Step Aerobics & Cardio Blast
These sessions are not about robotic repetitions. We pair standard step aerobics movements with high-tempo Tollywood and Bollywood tracks to keep your heart rate up without you realizing it. You can expect a mix of intensity and rhythm that gets you sweating right from the first track, regardless of your fitness level.
We designed this cluster because we know how boring repetitive gym cardio can get. In our Basaveshwar Nagar studio, we swap the monotony for music-driven choreography.
What happens in a session
Our classes typically run for 45 to 60 minutes. We use standard studio step boards to turn your living room-style dance moves into an effective cardio workout. You will cycle through high-intensity intervals where you are moving with the beat, followed by active recovery steps.

Studio Environment
The facility is air-conditioned with wooden laminate flooring and wall-to-wall mirrors, so you can check your form and keep in sync with the instructor. We provide the step boards and foam mats. All you need to bring is your energy, some comfortable shoes, and water. We keep the batches grouped, so you have a support system around you.
