About Join Our Programs
We run structured batches based on age and skill, so choosing the right class is the first step. Please remember that we require a medical fitness certificate for all students to ensure everyone stays safe on the mats. Our developmental gymnastics programs for kids are billed semi-annually, while competitive squads operate on a quarterly cycle to maintain consistency in training.
Finding the right rhythm is important for success in gymnastics, which is why we break our coaching into specific tiers at our Vile Parle facility.
Developmental Gymnastics (Ages 2–13)
These batches are designed to build a strong foundation through fun. Our 'Tots' and 'Kinder' gym classes focus on basic motor skills like climbing and balancing, while 'Fun Gym' and 'Fit Gym' introduce artistic gymnastics, tumbling, and apparatus use. We run these on a 2 to 3-day weekly frequency to balance learning with play.
Competitive & Elite Training
For athletes chasing district or national medals, we offer rigorous, high-frequency training. These squads utilize professional apparatus including uneven bars, vaulting tables, and balance beams. We include mental conditioning and specific flexibility drills in these sessions to handle competition pressure.
Adult Stunts & Personal Training
Gymnastics is not just for kids. Our evening adult batches focus on core strength, backflips, and parkour basics. If you need 1-on-1 attention for skill correction or rapid mastery, our private training sessions offer the most flexibility in scheduling.

Our facility at Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul is equipped with professional safety-rated mats and foam pits. We maintain an environment that feels like a family, even when the training gets serious. Remember that batch sizes for group classes are kept around 15 to 25 students to ensure our coaches can spot everyone correctly.
