About Training, Strength, and Skill
At our Vile Parle facility, training is tailored to your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. While our elite squads are on the bars working on high-level routines, our developmental batches focus on building motor skills, flexibility, and spatial awareness using professional mats and foam pits. Every session is led by experienced coaches who prioritize proper form, reducing injury risk while pushing students to hit their personal bests, whether that is their first forward roll or a competitive vault.

Gymnastics at PTKS Connect is about more than just acrobatics; it is the fundamental building block for any athlete. We work with students as young as two and adults looking to learn parkour basics.
Our Training Approach
Our coaches, Shailendra Lad and Vishal Sir, bring a technical yet encouraging approach to the gym floor.
- Developmental Batches: Ideal for kids ages 2–13. We focus on gross motor skills, flexibility, and building confidence on balance beams and mats. It is a high-energy environment where the goal is to get moving and stay consistent.
- Competitive & Elite Squads: For those chasing medals, we provide rigorous training 3–6 days a week. You get access to regulation equipment—uneven bars, vaulting tables, and foam landing pits—essential for safely practicing complex aerial maneuvers.
- Adult Stunt & Personal Training: Adult batches focus on core strength and skills like backflips, while our personal training provides 1-on-1 correction for specific techniques.

We operate out of the Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul in Vile Parle East. This is a dedicated, large-scale sports hall with high ceilings, industrial ventilation, and professional, safety-rated apparatus. We believe in being inclusive, which is why we offer income-based concessions for those who need them. Before you step onto the mats, please note that we require a doctor’s fitness certificate from everyone. We are here to support your journey, from the first tumble to the podium.
