Whether you come in a saree or workout gear, the focus is purely on learning practical self-defense and burning calories through combat cardio that makes you feel strong.
Self-defense is about more than just physical skill; it is about building the confidence to handle any situation. In our women's-only batches, we focus on real-world street safety techniques, including how to release grabs and strike vulnerable points. You will learn to use your body's power effectively, regardless of your fitness level.
We blend these defensive skills with high-intensity combat cardio. You will spend time on heavy bags and pads, which is a fantastic way to torch calories and improve functional strength.
