I help kids channel their energy into building discipline, focus, and confidence. Our classes blend MMA, kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Judo with fun, age-appropriate drills to develop agility, strength, and self-defense skills in a positive environment.

Women's Self-Defense & Empowerment

My women's programs blend practical, real-world self-defense skills with high-energy fitness. I've created a supportive, empowering space where you can burn fat, build muscle, and gain the confidence to feel strong, inside and out.

Training for Children with Special Needs

I provide adaptive fitness in a nurturing environment for children with special needs, including autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. I work at each child's individual pace, using fixed timings to create a stable routine that supports both physical and mental well-being.

Strength & Agility Training

Build a powerful core and functional strength with my targeted conditioning workouts. I use a variety of drills including ladders, cones, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises to improve your speed, agility, and overall athletic performance.

Flexibility & Cooldown

A complete workout includes recovery. I guide our members through essential stretching and cooldown exercises to increase flexibility, improve mobility, prevent injuries, and strengthen the mind-body connection.
