About this collection

We aren't a glitzy gym with rows of treadmills. Our Vile Parle studio is a raw, non-AC space designed for serious work, featuring 25mm interlocking foam mats and hanging bags. When you step onto these mats, it is about focus, sweat, and learning real technical skills, whether you are here for weight loss, martial arts, or adaptive training.

Our Vile Parle East studio is built for one thing: performance. We focus on functional, high-intensity training that mixes traditional martial arts with modern conditioning. We do not believe in fancy machines; we believe in the bag, the mat, and your willingness to show up and put in the work.

What We Offer

  • Martial Arts & Combat: Our core focuses on MMA, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Judo. We drill technical movements, not just cardio, to ensure you build real-world proficiency.
  • Women’s Self-Defense: We run dedicated batches focused on street-ready skills, grabbing awareness, and high-intensity circuit training designed to build strength and confidence.
  • Kids & Youth Development: Our Mini Warriors program gets kids off screens and onto the mats for discipline, agility, and coordination.
  • Adaptive Training: We provide personalized, 1:1 or 1:2 training for children with special needs. This is a routine-based approach focusing on stability, spatial awareness, and motor skills in a low-traffic environment to keep sensory input manageable.
