Why Cooldown Matters

After an hour of high-intensity drills on our heavy bags, your muscles are tight and your nervous system is peaked. We use the final 10 to 15 minutes of class to bring that intensity down. We focus on:

  • Partner Stretching: Sometimes you need a little extra push to hit that deeper range of motion, which is why we incorporate partner work.
  • Mobility Drills: We utilize poses like the wheel and bridge to open up your chest and spine, countering the hunched posture we often develop.
  • Mind-Body Connection: It is about slowing your breathing and calming your mind before you head back out into the chaos of Mumbai city traffic.

We operate out of a raw, non-AC basement environment that is built for work, not for show. Our classes are designed to be accessible for everyone, from absolute beginners to pro-fighters.
