Dancing to the classic 'Jaane Kya Ho Gaya Hai Mujhe' from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. My Bollywood sessions are all about celebrating these iconic songs while getting a great workout.

About this collection

You do not need to be a trained dancer to join these sessions. My classes at Figurine Fitness and MK Luxury are designed for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or prior experience. We focus on rhythm and energy, not technical perfection. Whether you are coming in for a morning session or an evening wind-down, just show up in comfortable clothes, carry a water bottle, and get ready to sweat while you move to your favorite tracks.

Why This Style Works

It is a cardio workout disguised as a party. We use Bollywood, Punjabi, and global hits to keep your heart rate up without the monotony of a treadmill. You move, you laugh, and you sweat with the music, not against it.

The Session Flow

We start with a warm-up to prep your joints, then move into high-intensity segments where we combine simple aerobics with dance steps. We cool down at the end to ensure your muscles recover properly. The choreography is repetitive and easy to pick up, so you spend less time worrying about steps and more time enjoying the beat.

What You Need

Just your enthusiasm and comfortable shoes. Our studios in Indiranagar, Whitefield, and Kalyan Nagar are equipped with shock-absorbent flooring to keep your knees safe during the high-energy movements. We recommend coming 5 minutes early to warm up and get a spot near the mirror if you like to follow the moves closely.
