Fitness isn't confined to four walls. From rhythmic dance parties at local venues to energizing treks in the Western Ghats, I take movement out into the wild and the community.

This was the promo for 'Let Loose Again', an epic Reggaehop and Dance Fitness collaboration. These events are all about bringing the community together for a morning of high-energy partying.

About this collection

Taking fitness outdoors changes the game. When we trek, we aren't just hiking; we are testing stability on uneven ground and finding a rhythm with the trail, not just a beat in a studio. The post-trek dance on a hilltop is usually the highlight for my group, proving that movement happens anywhere, not just on a gym floor.

I believe that if you aren't sweating outside sometimes, you are missing half the fun. My outdoor events are designed to break the routine of typical gym sessions. Whether I am leading a group through a trail in Sakleshpur or hosting a massive dance workshop at a club, the focus remains the same: movement that feels like a celebration.

What to Expect at My Events

  • Adventure Treks: We explore the Western Ghats and local hillocks. These are not just walks; we incorporate functional mobility drills using the natural terrain. It is about building real-world strength and balance.
  • High-Energy Dance Parties: Think events like 'Let Loose Again.' I collaborate with other artists to host workshops that bring the community together. These are essentially massive, high-octane dance parties where we prioritize fun over perfect form.
  • Corporate and Community Workshops: I bring the studio energy to your office or clubhouse. I can adjust the vibe from low-impact wellness sessions to high-energy dance cardio for groups of up to 30.

Why Mix It Up?

Fitness is a balance. One day it is a high-intensity session in the studio in Indiranagar or Whitefield, and the next, it is finding peace in the kaadu (forest) or betta (hill).
