My step aerobics classes are a full-body cardio party. We use simple, effective choreography on step boards set to high-energy Bollywood and global tracks, making it a fantastic way to burn calories, improve coordination, and have a blast while doing it.
Bollywood & Freestyle Dance Fitness
This is where we let loose with non-stop movement to the best desi and trending music. I focus on fun, easy-to-follow choreography so everyone can join in, regardless of dance experience. Expect everything from classic Bollywood hits to mashups like 'Pasoori x Calm Down'.
Functional & Agility Training
Beyond dance, I incorporate functional and agility drills to build real-world strength, speed, and coordination. These sessions involve equipment like agility ladders, hurdles, and weights to provide a comprehensive, athletic workout.
Dance Choreography & Collaborations
A showcase of creative dance routines and fun collaborations with fellow artists. These videos highlight different dance styles and choreographed pieces, perfect for anyone who loves the art of dance itself.
Outdoor Adventures & Special Events
