My Bollywood Dhamaka sessions are all about celebrating the biggest hits. Here, the whole crew is jumping and grooving to 'Arabic Kuthu', a song with infectious energy that makes you forget you are even exercising.

About Bollywood Dhamaka
My sessions are designed to make you sweat without feeling like you are actually working out. In a single 60-minute class, you can burn between 500 and 700 calories just by following the rhythm. We keep it simple with follow-along choreography so you can jump in immediately, whether you are a pro dancer or have two left feet. Plus, we always save the last 15 minutes to film a reel, so you leave with a great workout and a fun video to show off.
Why My Bollywood Sessions Are Different
I believe the best workouts happen when you are too busy having fun to check the clock. My Bollywood Dhamaka classes are a total cardio party. We move, we laugh, and we absolutely crush those calorie goals.
The Vibe
This is not a strict gym class with judgment in the air. We are a community of friends who hype each other up. If you miss a step, who cares? You just keep moving, keep smiling, and keep the energy high. It is all about shaking off the stress of the day and finding that inner peace through movement.
What to Expect
- The Music: I curate a mix of trending Bollywood tracks, nostalgic hits, and the occasional Southern Blast (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) to keep the energy unpredictable and exciting.
- The Format: We do 50 to 60 minutes of non-stop interval training. The choreography is beginner-friendly, focusing on high-energy, expressive movements that get your heart rate up.
- The Facilities: I host these sessions in climate-controlled studios with professional sprung wooden floors, which means your joints stay safe while you are going all out on the dance floor.

Absolutely everyone. Whether you are looking to get fit, burn some calories, or just want a fun space to de-stress after work, you are welcome here. No dance experience is needed, and no specific fitness level is required. I am CPR-certified, so while we push our limits and have a blast, your safety is always my priority. Just wear your comfortable workout gear, bring a water bottle, and let's groove together.
