My Bollywood Dhamaka sessions are all about celebrating the biggest hits. Here, the whole crew is jumping and grooving to 'Arabic Kuthu', a song with infectious energy that makes you forget you are even exercising.

A glimpse into a Monday morning session where we kicked off the week with the trending Bollywood song 'Laal Peeli Akhiyaan'. Even in a smaller group, the energy and enthusiasm are always high.

About Bollywood Dhamaka

My sessions are designed to make you sweat without feeling like you are actually working out. In a single 60-minute class, you can burn between 500 and 700 calories just by following the rhythm. We keep it simple with follow-along choreography so you can jump in immediately, whether you are a pro dancer or have two left feet. Plus, we always save the last 15 minutes to film a reel, so you leave with a great workout and a fun video to show off.
