About this collection

Collaboration keeps my routine fresh, blending my background in fitness with the art of performance. You will notice that these routines do not stick to one genre, moving from sharp hip-hop to smooth Bollywood flows. It is about rhythm and expression, which is exactly how I approach my studio classes—teaching you that fitness is about enjoying the beat, not just hitting the count.

Collaborating with fellow dancers helps me break out of my comfort zone, and that is the same energy I bring to every session in my studios across Indiranagar, Whitefield, and Kalyan Nagar.

What goes into these routines?

  • Style Fusion: I love mixing classical elements with western beats. It is about contrast—sharp hip-hop moves paired with soft Bollywood expressions.
  • Accessible Choreography: You do not need to be a professional dancer to learn these routines. My focus is on patterns that flow naturally. If you can walk to a beat, you can dance to it.
  • Studio & Outdoor: While we film these in various spots across Bangalore, the principles of movement apply everywhere.
