Dancing to hit Bollywood songs like 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' is one of my favorite ways to get everyone moving. The energy in the studio is amazing when a popular track comes on.

We always keep things fresh by dancing to trending tracks like 'Naacho Naacho' from RRR. You don't need to be a pro dancer; just follow along and enjoy the music. It's a full-on fitness Zumba song!

Here I am with my students grooving to the super popular 'Arabic Kuttu' song. My classes often feature hit South Indian tracks to keep the energy high and the dance routines exciting.

This is what a typical class at my Bijal Fitness and Dance Studio looks like. We mix high-energy Zumba dance steps with fitness moves like lunges and squats to give you a full-body workout that never gets boring.

You do not need to be a pro dancer to join my sessions. We keep the intensity high with simple, follow-along moves using the latest trending tracks. It is consistent cardio, but because the playlist changes and everyone is just having fun, you will not realize you have been sweating for an hour.
