We always keep things fresh by dancing to trending tracks like 'Naacho Naacho' from RRR. You don't need to be a pro dancer; just follow along and enjoy the music. It's a full-on fitness Zumba song!

About High-Energy Dance Workouts
You do not need to be a pro dancer to join my sessions. We keep the intensity high with simple, follow-along moves using the latest trending tracks. It is consistent cardio, but because the playlist changes and everyone is just having fun, you will not realize you have been sweating for an hour.

What To Expect In Class
Every session is designed to keep you moving for the full 60 minutes. You don't have to worry about complicated steps; my teaching style is purely follow-the-leader.
- Cardio Kick: We mix in high-bpm tracks that keep your heart rate up.
- Tone & Shape: After the dance cardio, I include specific toning segments—20 reps for 3 sets—targeting your tummy, arms, and thighs to give you that extra burn.
- The Atmosphere: We train in a bright, clean studio with wooden flooring and large mirrors. It is not an AC studio, but it is well-ventilated and always buzzing with energy.

My Rajajinagar studio is a 'happy adda' (hangout). Whether you are a fitness regular or just starting your journey, you will find a friendly group here. We often include optional participation in trending social media reels, which makes the hard work feel like a game.
