My Trekking Funda

For me, fitness isn’t just about the gym or the dance studio. I recharge by heading out to the kaadu, male, betta (forest, rain, hills). Nature is where I find my balance and real rhythm. If you want to move, sweat, and have fun outside, you’ll vibe with my style.

Think of it as a mix of guided treks and outdoor fitness. We’re not just walking - sometimes we’re running up hills, sometimes we’re dropping for quick workouts on a beach or a windy hilltop. The mood? Always energetic, sometimes a bit mad!

Hey, Sathish here. Born by Kundapur’s coast, so you know the ocean’s rhythm runs in me. Now, Namma Bengaluru is where I bring that same energy—whether I’m leading a Bollywood dance workout or trekking in Sakleshpur hills. Fitness for me? Not punishment, boss. It’s a celebration. I dance anywhere, anytime. My classes? Party vibes, always. No boring stuff. We move, we laugh, we sweat. That’s my kind of balance.

Fitness Mix: Dance, Yoga, Strength - I teach Dance Fitness, Step Aerobics, Strong by Zumba, Iyengar yoga for beginners, Body Pump, and more.
