About this collection
Don't worry about getting the steps perfect. My classes are structured as follow-along choreography, meaning you don't need to memorize complex routines. Just watch, follow the beat, and keep moving. Whether it's a Bollywood number or a high-tempo Bhangra track, we keep the energy high so you can burn calories without even realizing it.
My daily sessions are built on one simple rule: Masti hi masti. Forget the gym anxiety of chasing perfect form or complex dance technique. These classes are designed for anyone who loves to move, regardless of whether you've danced before or have two left feet. We mix high-intensity Zumba, BollyTwist, and upbeat Bhangra to keep your heart rate up and your mood even higher.
What to Expect
- The Session: Every class runs for 90 minutes of non-stop activity. We focus on continuous movement rather than stopping to break down steps, so you keep burning energy the whole time.
- The Reel Moment: We always end with a 10-15 minute group video shoot. It is a great way to capture the vibe and see how far you have come. Plus, it is a fun souvenir to share with your friends.
- What to Bring: Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring your own water bottle—hydration is not included, so stay prepared!
Where We Dance
I operate in various studios across the National Capital Region (like the gym in Sector 28, Faridabad, or R8 Studio, Sector 21D) and Bangalore (like Bbounce in CV Raman Nagar). My students are my 'Jigar da tukda'. We aren't just a class; we are a tribe. If you are looking to break the monotony of a 9-to-5 or just want a space to vent out stress, my dance floor is open.
