Featured Powerlifting Training & Championship Results
I am a National Champion, and my coaching is built on the same discipline that got me to the podium. Here is a look at the grit, the technique, and the Vis Orbit community.
This is what victory looks like. It starts with a 100kg squat, pushing through an 82.5kg bench press, and culminates in a 147.5kg personal record deadlift on stage. This gold medal from the Rishikesh Powerlifting Championship is a result of pure discipline and the guidance of my guru.
As a coach, my job is to help you break your limits safely. Here, I'm providing cues and support for a massive 220kg deadlift for 3 reps. This is the level of dedicated powerlifting coaching I provide to every athlete on my team.
This was my second attempt at 147.5kg at the IDF Open Punjab Deadlift Championship. Every competition lift is a test of mental toughness, not just physical strength. This is the focus I bring to my own training and instill in my clients.
The proof is in the results. Securing first place with a 150kg best lift at the IDF Open Punjab State Deadlift Championship. This certificate and medal represent the dedication and hard work that I expect from myself and my team.
This is Team Vis Orbit at the IDF Delhi state deadlift competition. We are more than just a group of lifters; we are a community that supports and pushes each other to succeed. When you train with me, you become part of this family.
Strength is not just about the weight on the bar; it's about the physique you build and the confidence you earn. This is the result of years of consistent training, discipline, and turning pain into power.
Building a powerful bench press requires more than just the main lift. Here, I'm working on accessory movements like the incline dumbbell press and machine flyes to build foundational chest and shoulder strength. The grimace is where the growth happens.
About Featured
This isn't just a collection of gym photos. You are seeing my actual competition lifts and the exact cues I use to coach my team on the floor. Whether you are aiming for a new personal record or preparing for your first meet, you need to see the form-first approach we demand at Vis Orbit.
My Approach to Powerlifting
Powerlifting is not about ego lifting. It is about technique, discipline, and the guidance of your coach. At Vis Orbit, we do not waste time on fluff. I focus on the three big lifts—Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift—teaching you how to move weight safely and effectively.
Why Train with Me
- Form First: I don't care how much you can lift if your form is broken. We fix your setup, your bracing, and your bar path so you can push your limits without injury.
- Competition Prep: If you want to compete, I have the experience. I have stood on the podium at the IDF Nationals and Punjab State Championships. I know what it takes to peak, select your attempts, and handle game-day pressure.
- The Vis Orbit Family: We are a team, not just a room full of people lifting. We spot each other, we celebrate the wins, and we support each other through the hard days. Dukh vi apne, sukh vi apne.
