About Championship Wins
Competition day is just the outcome of months of monotonous, consistent training. When I step on that platform for a 147.5kg deadlift, there's no room for guessing—just execution. You have to treat every rep in the gym like it's your final attempt at the nationals, or you won't survive the pressure of the meet.
Building a Winning Mindset
People see the podium finishes, the Sheru Classic medals, and the IDF National trophies, but they don't see the weight cuts or the days where motivation was zero. Dukh vi apne, sukh vi apne—you have to embrace the struggle to earn the reward. My competition prep isn't just about lifting heavy; it's about Meet Strategy.
Why Competition Prep Matters
- Peaking Cycles: We don't just train until the day of the meet. We build a specific block for peaking so your central nervous system is ready for your 1RMs.
- Technical Precision: In competition, bad form gets you disqualified. My athletes drill proper setup for the squat, consistent leg drive for the bench press, and a safe, efficient bar path for the deadlift.
- Game-Day Handling: I teach you how to select your attempts—knowing when to play it safe and when to gamble for the gold.
