Squat & Deadlift Training: Master Your Form
Building raw strength starts with the fundamentals. I coach you to perfect your squat and deadlift mechanics, whether you are lifting for competition or personal growth.
Working on my squat form in the rack with my coach spotting me. Even as a coach, I am always a student, constantly refining my technique.
Here I am coaching a client on her deadlift. I'm ensuring she keeps her back straight and engages her lats before starting the pull. Proper form is non-negotiable.
A deadlift training session, focusing on the setup and initial pull from the floor. Every rep is a chance to perfect the movement.
A back squat session in the smith machine. This is a great tool for focusing on depth and control without worrying about balance.
A heavy deadlift session. Building a strong pull requires patience and a lot of volume. This is where the work is done.
This is what our team training looks like. We spot, support, and motivate each other to pull heavy, all under my watchful eye. Jai Shree Ram.
A front squat session. This variation is excellent for building quad strength and maintaining an upright torso, which translates to a stronger back squat.
Coaching a client through a heavy squat. My role is to provide the confidence and technical cues they need to succeed.
Sometimes the gym is where you process life. This deadlift session was about more than just lifting weight; it was about finding strength in a moment of heartbreak.
You don't get tired, you don't stop. You just keep going to reach your goal. Here I am working on my squats.
About Squat & Deadlift Training
Many people think lifting heavy is just about aggression, but I believe it is about patience and precision. Whether you are struggling to break a plateau or just starting your journey, we fix your setup, breathing, and bar path in real-time. I do not just give you a sheet; I stand by your side until that weight moves correctly.
Powerlifting is about more than just brute force. It is the science of biomechanics combined with the discipline of a consistent routine. When you train with me at Vis Orbit, we stop chasing ego-lifts and start chasing proper mechanics.
The Squat
The squat is a total-body movement. If your bracing or depth is off, you limit your progress. I teach you how to create tension, lock in your upper back, and drive through the floor. We work on your stance and mobility until the bar feels like an extension of your own body.
The Deadlift
The deadlift is the test of true strength. Too many people pull with their lower back because they do not know how to engage their lats or use leg drive. I watch your starting position, your wedge, and your lockout. We pull heavy, but we pull safe.
My Approach
I offer remote programming for those who want structure, and in-person sessions at my Haridwar studio for those who need real-time correction. We analyze bar path, identify your weak points, and customize your accessory work to build the foundation required for a bigger total. Success in powerlifting is a marathon, not a sprint. We push when you are ready, and we rest when your body needs it. Hum sab ek saath hain.
