In powerlifting, the weight is heavy, but you never have to carry it alone. When you train with us at Vis Orbit, you are not just getting a gym membership, you are stepping into a circle of athletes who spot each other through PR attempts, celebrate every competition medal as a shared victory, and push you to show up even on days when motivation feels impossible.
Powerlifting is a lonely sport on the platform, but it takes a village to get there. At Vis Orbit, we are that village. Whether we are prepping for the IDF Delhi State championships or grinding through a heavy squat block at our Shivalik Nagar facility, the support system remains the same. My team knows that dukh vi apne, sukh vi apne (our sorrows and joys are our own).
When you join our small group sessions, you are not just following a spreadsheet. You are learning the bench press cues I used to win nationals, getting real-time feedback on your deadlift mechanics, and training alongside lifters who will scream for you on your final rep. We hold each other accountable. If you skip a session or lose focus, you will hear about it, because we are invested in your progress as much as our own.
