My healing didn't happen in a sterile studio. It happened in the mountains, under the open sky. This is how nature helped me find my way back to myself, and how I use that same grounding to help you heal.

This is my sanctuary. The mountains are where I feel most like myself, where the air is clear and so is my mind. This connection to nature is a vital part of my healing philosophy.

People ask "Why Naggar?". It's like explaining why you love someone. It's the magic, the feeling of coming home. May you find a place in the world that cracks your heart open like the mountains do for me.

This is the life I am meant to live. These are the moments where I stop and think, "How am I supposed to leave this place?". The mountains and rivers are my one true love.

Cosplaying as a trekker, but really, it's just love. Sach hai, pyaar mein log kuch bhi kar lete hai, and my love for the mountains made me do this.

One step at a time. This trek was a testament to my love for the mountains. Each step on the rocky path is a meditation, a process of moving forward despite the challenges.

Fully equipped and on the trail. This journey through the Valley of Flowers was as much an inner journey as it was a physical one.

The path to healing, much like this trail, is surrounded by beauty if you just look around. Embracing the climb, one step at a time.

Gifted myself the experience of a lifetime for my 31st birthday. The girl who hated walking is now climbing mountains. Life surprises you, but sometimes you have to surprise it back.

Nothing says 31 like painful knees, but the view and the feeling of accomplishment are worth it. Grateful for this journey and the people I met along the way.

We did it! Reaching 14,307 ft with this amazing group of people was a powerful experience of shared struggle and triumph.
