Healing in Nature: A Mountain Girl's Journey

My healing didn't happen in a sterile studio. It happened in the mountains, under the open sky. This is how nature helped me find my way back to myself, and how I use that same grounding to help you heal.

This is my sanctuary. The mountains are where I feel most like myself, where the air is clear and so is my mind. This connection to nature is a vital part of my healing philosophy.

People ask "Why Naggar?". It's like explaining why you love someone. It's the magic, the feeling of coming home. May you find a place in the world that cracks your heart open like the mountains do for me.

This is the life I am meant to live. These are the moments where I stop and think, "How am I supposed to leave this place?". The mountains and rivers are my one true love.

Cosplaying as a trekker, but really, it's just love. Sach hai, pyaar mein log kuch bhi kar lete hai, and my love for the mountains made me do this.

One step at a time. This trek was a testament to my love for the mountains. Each step on the rocky path is a meditation, a process of moving forward despite the challenges.

Fully equipped and on the trail. This journey through the Valley of Flowers was as much an inner journey as it was a physical one.

The path to healing, much like this trail, is surrounded by beauty if you just look around. Embracing the climb, one step at a time.

About this collection

You don't need to be in the Himalayas to start this journey. I teach you how to use these same grounding techniques—like rhythmic breathwork and somatic movement—right from your living room, to calm your nervous system and process stored emotions instantly.

For the longest time, I thought healing had to be quiet, serious, and indoor-bound. I was wrong. My time in places like Naggar and the Valley of Flowers taught me that the body has its own wild language. When you are standing in the mountains, you cannot help but breathe deeper; your nervous system just shifts. That shift is exactly what we work on in my sessions.

I bring that same perspective to my online classes. Whether we are doing somatic movement to release hip tension—where we store a lot of our emotional baggage—or using breathwork to lower cortisol, the goal is the same. We stop blaming the body for acting up and start listening to what it is actually saying.

Many of the women I work with are dealing with PCOD, hormonal chaos, or just that heavy feeling of being disconnected from themselves. I use a mix of yoga psychology and somatic release to help you clear that fog. We look at your attachment styles, your triggers, and your physical patterns. It is not just exercise; it is a toolkit for life. If you are ready to stop pushing through the pain and start moving with it, come join me online. We do not need a mountain trek to make progress, just a commitment to showing up for yourself.

Hi, I'm Gurpreet. I’m a mountain girl who used to be glued to her yoga mat until I learned that true healing happens when we step outside. I’m not here to just teach you poses; I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, just like the wild, untamed spaces that saved me.
