So if you're tired of pretending everything's fine, you're in the right place. I take healing seriously, but I promise I'm not boring - kaafi entertaining hu main (I'm quite entertaining).

What I Actually Do

I help you join the dots between your mind, body, and emotions. Your body keeps score - pain, stiffness, random aches? Often, it's old emotions stuck inside. My job is to create a safe space where you can feel it all and finally start healing.

How We Work Together

  • Yoga psychology for emotional healing: We get real about why you self-sabotage, binge, or repeat patterns in relationships - no judgment, just clarity.
  • Somatic release for trauma: Think movement, hip openers, breathwork - all aimed at letting go of the pain and fear your body’s been carrying.
  • Breathwork for stress relief: Simple, rhythmic breathing exercises you can use anytime to chill out and reconnect with yourself.

My Story

Hi, I’m Gurpreet. I talk to trees, find God in mountains, and used to be the girl glued to her yoga mat—never walked, just stretched. Now, I trek for my birthday, and life’s been wild. My journey with food and my body? Messy, toxic, sometimes heartbreaking. I’ve been the cake-guilty teen, the starving yogi, the hospital regular. But I learned to drop the shame, bit by bit. Kashmir’s mountains, Kashi’s chaos, the forest’s wildness—they all broke me open, made me softer, braver. My Insta’s a Bollywood tribute to surviving hell, not here to play small.
