About this collection
I don't just teach poses; I teach you how to read your own body. If you're dealing with binge eating, constant anxiety, or PCOD, your body is likely holding onto 'stuck' emotions. We use somatic movement and breathwork to physically release that tension, moving past the endless talk therapy loops that haven't worked for you yet.
Think of this as a no-nonsense space for your mind and body. We don't chase perfect yoga shapes here. Instead, we use yoga psychology to look at why you self-sabotage, why you crave food when you're stressed, and why you feel disconnected from your own self.

If you are open to being uncomfortable for a little while in order to find real peace, we will get along just fine. We meet online, so geography isn't an issue. All you need is a yoga mat and the willingness to show up for yourself.
