Life, Joy & The Real Side of Healing
Healing isn't just about asanas or therapy sessions. It's about finding that spark, embracing the messy parts, and choosing joy every single day. Here is a little peek into my world.
A moment of peace in a beautiful cafe. Finding joy in the small things, like a quiet corner surrounded by green, is a practice in itself.
"POV: Yoga se hi hoga". A little fun showing that yoga makes you feel good enough to dance in your little black dress. Baba Ramdev could never.
I appoint myself the poster girl for "work hard, play hard". Balancing the deep healing work with moments of simple, playful joy.
No resolutions this year. It's time for the year to get better, not me. Just enjoying the moment.
Just enjoying the brunch life and soaking in the good vibes. Dressing for the year I want.
A happy moment captured. The glow you see is the result of choosing joy and letting go of what doesn't serve me.
This is my favorite picture from the set. Pure, uninhibited laughter. This is what healing feels like.
Soft girl era. Enjoying a picnic in the park, complete with a good book and a glass of bubbly.
Creating my own moments of peace and luxury. A simple picnic can feel like the most decadent experience when you're present.
Gurpreet 3.0. Best version so far. Listens to her heart, makes everything beautiful, and her zubaan is still sharp as a knife. Not working on it.
About Life, Joy & Everything In Between
I didn't reach this place of joy by ignoring the hard stuff. I got here by feeling it all—the hormonal chaos, the self-doubt, and the messy, non-linear reality of recovery. My practice isn't about being perfectly zen; it is about being human enough to laugh, eat well, and heal at the same time. If you are tired of performing 'wellness' and want to get down to the actual work of feeling better, this is where we start.
Healing is often misrepresented as a perfectly clean, linear journey. It isn't. When I work with clients, we don't just focus on the 'perfect' yoga pose. We focus on somatic release—letting your body talk—and yoga psychology to break those loops of self-sabotage that keep you stuck. Whether you are dealing with PCOD symptoms, recurring relationship triggers, or just that heavy feeling of being 'stuck,' we tackle it in real-time. I use movement and breathwork to get you out of your head and back into your body, helping you process emotions that have been stored physically for years. This gallery shows you that the end goal of my work isn't perfection; it is living a life that feels authentic and expansive to you. Let's stop the performative wellness and start the real work of getting you unstuck.
