Why I Do This

Transformation isn’t just about numbers. For me, it’s about seeing you look in the mirror and feel proud. I believe it’s easier when we train together - cheering each other on, having a laugh, and pushing through tough days. No boring routines here.

Real People, Real Results

Our 90-day fitness challenge works. I’ve seen folks go from 110kg to 75kg, and some drop 17kg in just three months. Others walk in skinny, walk out with real muscle. These aren’t models, just people from our Play Fitness fam.

How We Train

I keep things fresh so you never get bored. Here’s my mix:

  • One-on-one strength training for basics and progress
  • Functional stuff - squats, battle ropes, moves for real-life strength
  • Cardio with masti: Zumba, Bollywood dance workout, Bhangra If it’s not fun, it doesn’t work. Simple.

My Story

For us at Play Fitness, gym time means dhol, dance, and dhamaal (fun)! We started this place in Gurgaon so workouts feel like a celebration, not punishment. Imagine Bhangra beats, Bollywood moves, and everyone cheering each other on—even pro athletes like Ranjit Singh have joined our madness. When someone smashes a transformation challenge, sabki jeet hai (everyone wins). We’re not just a gym, we’re a crazy, supportive family.
