Beginner-Friendly Gymnastics Classes in Noida Sector 50
Ready to flip, twist, and soar? My classes are all about building strength and confidence through gymnastics in a safe, fun, and non-judgmental space for kids and adults alike.
Safety and support are key in my adult gymnastics classes. This video shows an instructor carefully spotting a student as he practices and successfully executes a backflip on our padded mats.
Here, a student demonstrates the Bakasana (Crow Pose), a foundational arm-balancing pose in calisthenics. This move is excellent for developing core stability and upper body strength, which we build progressively in class.
Two students practice the Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), an advanced calisthenics posture that requires significant strength and balance. This shows the level of skill my dedicated students can achieve through consistent training.
About Gymnastics for All Ages
I keep my gymnastics batches small, with just 8 to 12 students, so you get real-time manual spotting and personal attention. We train on high-density EVA mats, which means you can practice those cartwheels, handstands, and backflips without worrying about the hard floor.
How We Train
My classes aren't about being perfect from day one. Whether you are a total beginner who has never done a cartwheel or someone looking to polish advanced flips, I structure sessions to meet you where you are. Each 60-minute class is designed to keep you moving safely while having fun.
- Warm-up & Conditioning: We start by prepping the muscles, focusing on flexibility and bodyweight strength exercises.
- Skill Practice: This is where we break down movements. We start with basics like forward rolls and bridges, progressing at your own pace to aerials, kip-ups, and backflips.
- Safety First: With manual spotting and professional mats, you are supported through every tumble. My goal is to help you build coordination, not just finish a routine.
The Studio Vibe
Located in Sector 49/50, my studio is bright, air-conditioned, and fitted with wall-to-wall mirrors. It is built for learning, laughing, and making mistakes without fear. Since we welcome all ages, you will often find kids and adults sharing the space, which makes the whole experience feel less like a rigid gym workout and more like a community hangout.
If you are unsure about committing, the best way to start is with a single drop-in trial class. You get to see how I teach, test the mats, and feel the energy before signing up for a monthly package.
