- The Vibe: We keep it light with instrumental music or just a relaxed atmosphere. We use high-density puzzle mats for safety and comfort.
- Small Batches: To ensure you get the attention you deserve, we keep our group sizes small, usually between 8 to 12 students. This helps us offer verbal adjustments and occasional hands-on support for your alignment.
- Who is this for: Everyone. Whether you are a total beginner who can barely touch your toes or someone with intermediate experience, we adapt the poses to your level. We are all about those 'wobbly moments' and having a laugh while you work on your fitness.
We provide a safe, air-conditioned space with full-length mirrors so you can check your own form, making sure you stay safe while you push your boundaries.
