About Chutneys, Pastes & Condiments

My Chilli Garlic Shrimp Oil is a game changer for busy evenings. Instead of spending hours cooking, just toss a spoonful into your noodles, stir-fry veggies, or drizzle it over steamed dumplings to get that deep, smoky umami hit instantly. It is made to add quick, restaurant-quality flavour to whatever you are eating.

I make these condiments because I believe good food should be easy and honest. Whether you are craving the smoky depth of a fire-roasted Andhra Tomato chutney or looking for a shortcut to an authentic Goan meal, these jars are your kitchen partners.

Why I make them this way

  • Small Batches: I don't mass-produce. I make these in small batches to keep the flavours fresh and distinct.
  • No Chemicals: You won't find preservatives or artificial stabilizers here. The Goan curry pastes, like Balchao, Cafreal, and Racheado, use authentic Toddy vinegar and fresh spices to give you that sharp, tangy kick.
  • Versatility: These aren't just for dipping. My chilli shrimp oil works for stir-frys, the curry pastes are ready-to-use bases for quick weeknight dinners, and the chutneys can be paired with anything from dosa to roast chicken.

How to get your hands on them

Everything is made fresh, so if you are in Delhi, you can pick up your order directly from my kitchen in New Friends Colony. If you are further away, I ship across India. Because I do not use chemical preservatives, I often make these to order—just message me to see what I am cooking this week and check availability before placing your order.
