A close-up of my Lotus Stem (Bhen) pickle. The unique, lace-like pattern of the lotus stem makes this pickle as beautiful as it is delicious, with a satisfying crunch.

These are the fresh, raw lotus stems I use for my pickle. I source only the best quality produce to ensure a crisp texture and authentic taste.

My tangy and sour Bamboo Shoot pickle. This is a regional specialty that brings a unique flavour from the hills to your plate.

Preparing fresh bamboo shoots for pickling. The process involves carefully slicing the tender shoots to get the perfect texture for the final product.

About Unique & Regional Pickles

Since these pickles rely on seasonal, fresh produce like bamboo shoots and lotus stems, I make them in very limited, small batches. If you see them in stock, grab them while they last, because once the fresh supply ends, you will have to wait until the next season.
