This is me in my favourite place, the kitchen. Pickle Pockle is my passion, born from a love for traditional food and family recipes.

This is a behind-the-scenes look at me mixing a large batch of Andhra Tomato Chutney in a traditional brass pot (kadai). This is how I ensure authentic flavour.

About The Pickle Pockle Story

Everything I make in my New Friends Colony kitchen follows the same slow process I grew up with. Whether it's the Andhra Tomato Chutney simmering in a heavy-bottomed brass kadai or the seasonal Gobi Gajar Shalgam being sun-dried to perfection, there are no shortcuts. I prepare these in small quantities specifically so that every jar you receive has that exact home-cooked taste, with no chemical preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial heat acceleration.
