This is the heart of Andhra spice, my Guntur Red Chilli powder. The chillies come from our own farm, so they are completely chemical-free and full of natural, fiery flavor. I can adjust the spice level for you on request.

When you place an order, I do not pull jars from a pre-made shelf. I head to my kitchen, source the ingredients, and prepare your specific batch, whether it is Kandi Podi or a Gongura pickle. This ensures you get the genuine, preservative-free taste of Andhra home cooking rather than something mass-produced and sitting in storage.
My kitchen runs on a simple rule: if it isn't fresh, I don't send it. All my spice powders, or 'podis' as we call them, are slow-roasted in heavy-bottomed vessels to keep that authentic crunch. Whether it is the coarseness of my Kandi Podi or the specific pungency of my Vellulli Karam, you can taste the difference that small-batch preparation makes.
My red chilli powder is the heart of my kitchen. It comes directly from our family farms in Guntur. Because it is sun-dried and kept completely free of chemicals, you get a natural color and heat that generic store-bought packets simply cannot match.
