Our cardio zone features multiple treadmills and stationary bikes, so you rarely have to wait to get your workout started. The space is well-lit with a full wall of mirrors, helping you maintain focus and proper form while you run or cycle.

A member performs a bench press on the Smith machine, a great tool for safely lifting heavy weights without a spotter. Our strength equipment is maintained to ensure you can focus on your training, whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter.

The leg press machine is a core piece of equipment for building lower body strength. Here, a member focuses on his form during a set. We have a wide variety of machines to target every major muscle group effectively.

About Our Gym: Strength & Cardio by the Sea

When you join our gym, you get more than just weights and treadmills. Your annual membership includes access to lanes 7 and 8 of our synthetic athletics track, allowing you to combine indoor strength training with open-air running by the sea without any extra cost.

We designed this space to be the opposite of a cramped, windowless gym. Our facility is split into two zones: an air-conditioned indoor area for focused lifting and cardio, and the expansive outdoor track for functional movement and conditioning.

Our Training Environment

Inside, you will find a full range of equipment to cover your major muscle groups. We recently upgraded our strength zone with a hack squat, shoulder press, and adjustable cable cross machines to give you more variety. For cardio, we keep multiple treadmills and stationary bikes running, so you rarely have to wait for your turn.
