Here is a look at our indoor strength training zone. The space is clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with a variety of machines for a full-body workout, including bench presses and weight stations, all reflected in the full-wall mirrors that help you check your form.

This is where dedication takes flight. An athlete performs a powerful box jump on our professional synthetic track, with our expert coach guiding her. This kind of plyometric training is key for building explosive strength and is a regular part of our athletics club sessions.

When the Mumbai monsoon arrives, our park transforms into a serene paradise. This is the soulful escape we promise, a hidden treasure where you can watch the waves, feel the sea breeze, and find peace right in the heart of the city.
