At Panthers Combat Club, our approach to transformation is entirely natural. Whether your goal is weight management or building functional muscle, we avoid shortcuts and steroids. You train in our 3000 sqft facility in Jayanagar 7th Block using calisthenics, free weights, and traditional martial arts drills. Your progress is measured by the sweat you shed and the consistency you bring to every session.
My training philosophy is rooted in 22 years of experience: you either win or you learn. As a National Referee and State Taekwondo Coach, I demand the same level of commitment from every fitness student as I do from my competitive squad. We integrate conditioning drills—including plyometrics and calisthenics—directly into our martial arts modules to create a well-rounded athlete.
