About this collection
Competition training is different from basic fitness. Our squad sessions run 5 to 6 times a week, focusing on Kyorugi sparring, counter-attack drills, and reading your opponent under the pressure of official refereeing. This is how we prepare students for state and national tournaments, turning raw effort into medal-winning performance.
At Panthers Combat Club, we believe that you never really lose. You either win or you learn. My students know that a medal is just the visible outcome of thousands of hours spent on the mats.
Preparing for the Podium
We do not believe in shortcuts or steroids. Our approach to championship preparation relies on natural development. Whether it is the CISCE Regional Taekwondo Championships or Open National events, our squad follows a rigorous routine that goes beyond basic techniques. We focus on:
- Kyorugi Sparring: Full-contact training with specific attention to scoring strategies and ring management.
- Poomsae Precision: Perfecting forms to ensure technical accuracy and discipline.
- Simulation: We conduct internal sparring matches with refereeing to mimic the high-pressure environment of a real tournament, helping athletes handle nerves.
A Culture of Results
Our team has consistently brought home gold, silver, and bronze medals from championships across Karnataka and beyond. However, my real pride is not just in the hardware, but in the character built during the process. We teach students to respect their opponents, follow dojang rules, and maintain composure, whether they are on the podium or analyzing a tough match.
If you are ready to take your Taekwondo training from a fitness routine to a competitive path, our doors are open. We accept students who are willing to put in the work required to represent our club and state with honor.
