About Our Champions: A Legacy of Medals

Competition training is different from basic fitness. Our squad sessions run 5 to 6 times a week, focusing on Kyorugi sparring, counter-attack drills, and reading your opponent under the pressure of official refereeing. This is how we prepare students for state and national tournaments, turning raw effort into medal-winning performance.
