About this collection

We keep our classes limited to 15 to 20 students per batch to ensure I can personally correct your stance and posture. You won't get lost in a crowd here, because I monitor every kick, block, and defensive movement to ensure you are building proper technique, not just burning calories.

Training Philosophy

What to Expect in the Dojo

Our training environment is designed for serious progress. We operate out of a 3000 sqft facility equipped with standard 25mm EVA foam mats to prioritize your safety during high-intensity drills. We break down our curriculum into specific modules:

  • Conditioning: 15-minute dynamic warm-ups including plyometrics and calisthenics to build explosive power.
  • Technique: Focus on linear kicks, fundamental blocks, and complex Poomsae forms.
  • Sparring: Controlled Kyorugi sessions where you apply tactics under supervision.
