We use standard 25mm interlocking mats, professional heavy bags, and a full range of conditioning gear. We keep the environment focused. You will find no fancy treadmills or air conditioning here. You will find natural ventilation, ceiling fans, and a squad of people who are there to sweat and work hard.
We train in groups of 15 to 20, which keeps the energy high and ensures you have people to push you when you feel like quitting. If you want a more focused approach, our private coaching slots allow for customized strength plans that fix your specific technical weaknesses.
