At Panthers Combat Club, every medal tells a story of sweat and discipline. From state-level recognitions to local newspaper features, see why our training produces champions.

I was deeply honored to receive the Taekwondo Kridarathna Karnataka Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023. I dedicate this achievement to my students, their parents, my family, and friends who have supported me on this journey.

Receiving the Dakshina Patheshwara Immadi Pulikeshi Award in 2024. It is a privilege to be recognized by the community for my work in promoting martial arts.

A clip from "The Rising Star of Social Transformation Movement Awarding Ceremony 2024". I am thankful to the ASC team for this honor.

Receiving an award for my coaching and contribution to the sport of Taekwondo. Every award is a motivation to work even harder for my students.

Being felicitated at the 1st Vestars Cup G4 Open National Taekwondo Championship. It is always an honor to be recognized by my peers in the martial arts community.

Our students' achievements were featured in the EeNaadu Telugu newspaper after their success at the Bangalore Taekwondo Festival 2023. We are proud to see their hard work recognized in the press.

About this collection

An award sitting on a shelf does not build a fighter; the grueling 5-6 days a week training schedule does. We keep these accolades not for vanity, but as a reminder that when my students step onto the mat, they carry the weight of this club's history and technique. You are not just joining a class; you are entering a system that has been refined through over two decades of coaching and official state-level refereeing.

Martial arts is often misunderstood as just physical combat, but the recognition we have received—like the Taekwondo Kridarathna Karnataka Lifetime Achievement Award—is based on the transformation we see in our students. We focus on natural, sustainable growth. When the local press features our students like Pravalika after her gold medal wins, it validates the hard work they put into sparring (kyorugi) and forms (poomsae).

Why Our Recognition Matters

We do not chase awards; we chase results. Being recognized by the state and the martial arts community for our contribution to the sport means our methodology works. Whether it is the Dakshina Patheshwara Immadi Pulikeshi Award or features in EeNaadu and Prajavani, these moments highlight our commitment to the sport.

What This Means For You

When you train at Panthers Combat Club, you are tapping into a legacy of:

  • Technical Precision: We teach based on competition standards, not just basic fitness. Every technique is scrutinized by a National Referee.
  • Discipline First: We operate on the principle that you either win or you learn. There are no shortcuts here.
  • Proven Track Record: Our students regularly compete at district, state, and national championships. If you are looking for serious Taekwondo, boxing, or self-defense training in Jayanagar, you are training with a team that has already paved the path to success.

I am Master Satishkumar S, and I started Panthers Combat Club 13 years ago to teach what I learned through 22 years of training. I am a National Referee and State Coach, but I do not measure my success by my own awards—I measure it by the medals my students bring home. We do not believe in shortcuts, only in discipline and the mental toughness that true martial arts builds.
