Witness the grind behind the medals. Join our competitive squad to train for state and national Taekwondo championships under the guidance of a National Referee.

It was a big responsibility and a historic event in my martial arts career to serve as a coach for Team Karnataka at the 37th National Games 2023 in Goa.

A proud moment coaching at the 37th National Games in Goa. Here I am with one of our state's top athletes after she won a silver medal. We prepare our students to compete and succeed at the highest levels of the sport.

The role of a coach extends to the final moments before a match. Here I am offering final words of encouragement and strategy to a Karnataka athlete at the National Games.

About this collection

Competitive training is not just about showing up, it is about rigorous Kyorugi sparring sessions and intense mental conditioning. My squad practices 5 to 6 times a week, focusing on precision, complex combinations, and fight analysis. You are not just learning moves here, you are preparing to represent your club and state under the critical eye of a certified National Referee.

Transitioning from a hobbyist to a competitive athlete requires more than just physical strength. At Panthers Combat Club, my approach to tournament preparation is based on the same discipline I bring to the Karnataka State Team.

When you join the competitive squad, the training intensity shifts significantly. We move beyond basic stances into specialized Kyorugi (sparring) training, where we focus on full-contact rules, scoring strategies, and counter-attacks. You will learn to manage tournament pressure through simulation matches, where every detail is critiqued—from your stance to your split-second decisions on the mat.

My role as a coach is to ensure you are mentally and physically ready. As I often tell my students, 'The greatest weapon in martial arts is not the fist or the foot, but the mind.' We utilize heavy bags, plyometric boxes, and shared protective gear to ensure you are ready for the district, state, or national stage. We don't believe in shortcuts or steroids; we believe in sweat, repetition, and the discipline to get back up after every fall. If you are serious about medaling, this is where you start.
