We prepare you for real-world threats. This is a practical knife defense drill, demonstrating how to control the weapon and neutralize an attacker. This is not a sport, this is about survival.
Our women's self-defense classes are focused and intense. Here, students engage in a controlled sparring session, applying the techniques they've learned to build confidence and practical fighting skills.
We start them young. This is a Taekwondo sparring session for our junior champs, teaching them discipline, respect, and fighting spirit in a safe, controlled environment with full protective gear.
The results of dedication. Our team proudly displays a haul of 14 Gold, 12 Silver, and 5 Bronze medals from the Karnataka Grand Prix Open Taekwondo Championship. We train to win, and we win as a team.
This is what six months of consistent work and a natural diet can achieve. We guide our students through complete body transformations without relying on supplements or steroids, focusing on pure discipline and effort.
Training here is tough and functional. Our Muay Thai sessions incorporate unconventional tools like tires to build explosive power and endurance, preparing you for the physical demands of combat.
Ground combat is essential. Here we practice a variation of the 'Dhobi Pachad', a powerful throw from traditional Indian wrestling, showing how we blend different grappling arts like Judo and Kushti into our training.
