A simple grab can escalate quickly. We teach effective wrist-grab escapes that use an attacker's momentum against them, a fundamental skill for women's self-defense and Krav Maga.
Your mindset is your primary weapon. Here, a student practices a self-defense technique, learning to stay calm and react decisively under pressure.
We empower our youngest members with vital skills. This is a kids' self-defense drill, teaching a young student how to create distance and disable an aggressor in a simple, effective way.

About Practical Self-Defense Drills
We skip the movie stunts. Here, you learn how to handle a real-world wrist grab or a sudden threat from behind because your safety depends on reaction time and mental clarity, not choreography.
True self-defense is about mindset. My sessions at Panthers Combat Club in Jayanagar 7th Block focus on the reality of a confrontation. You will not find fancy kicks meant for social media here. We prioritize functional movements that work whether you are a complete beginner or someone with prior experience.
The curriculum covers specific threat neutralization, including:
- Wrist escapes and chokehold releases
- Distance management against aggressive opponents
- Situational awareness drills to identify threats before they escalate
- Close-quarters striking and blocking techniques
We integrate principles from Krav Maga, Judo, and BJJ to ensure you have a complete skill set to protect yourself in diverse environments.
Why this matters: Many people train for sport, but I train you for survival. This involves rigorous conditioning to keep your heart rate under control while you are under pressure. Our classes are open to everyone, including women’s self-defense groups, where we specifically address vulnerabilities and teach how to turn an attacker's momentum against them.
