About this collection
Real street scenarios are unpredictable and rarely go according to a plan. We focus on high-percentage defensive moves that allow you to neutralize threats quickly, regardless of your strength or size. Whether it is escaping a grab or learning to keep your balance, these drills are about giving you the tools to react when seconds count.
Street situations require a calm head and a few reliable techniques, not a library of flashy kicks. At our Malleshpalya facility, we strip away the unnecessary elements of martial arts to focus on what actually works in a real-world confrontation.
We integrate Krav Maga for its raw, efficient approach to danger, combined with BJJ and Judo basics for when things go to the ground. You will learn how to:
- Analyze an environment for escape routes.
- Defend against common grabs, holds, and chokes.
- Use leverage to overcome a stronger attacker.
Our classes are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to those with previous experience. We do not just teach you how to defend yourself; we teach you how to move with confidence, manage fear, and make smart decisions under pressure. You can train in our group batches for a collaborative atmosphere or opt for personal coaching if you want to focus specifically on your technique and reaction time. Every drill is practiced safely with partners, ensuring you understand the mechanics before applying them.
