Whether you are looking for group sessions in Jayanagar or private 1-on-1 coaching, my training focuses on real-world application, not just theory. We combine Taekwondo fundamentals with MMA striking and calisthenics to build functional strength. You won't find sterile, AC-gym environments here—we train on outdoor turf, community halls, and tracks to simulate real-world conditions where you actually need to be ready.
How We Train
Martial arts isn't about standing still. In my sessions, we focus on dynamic movement. We mix ITF Taekwondo kicks with practical Kickboxing and MMA striking. If you are a beginner, we start with the basics—stance, balance, and breathing. If you are training for competition or personal protection, we dial up the intensity.
We train in various formats to suit your lifestyle:
- Group Sessions: These happen 3 times a week, usually 60 to 75 minutes. We use shared target paddles, focus mitts, and protective gear provided on-site.
- Private Coaching: If you want a customized roadmap for weight loss or street self-defense, we can meet at your gym, home, or a local park.

I believe the fight is won in the quiet hours no one sees. My classes are for everyone—kids starting from age 4 to adults. We have specialized women-only sessions because I believe safety should never be a luxury.
