Day 25 of the 100 day challenge. This video shows a varied workout, starting with group cardio, moving to bicep curls, and finishing with core engagement exercises on a Pilates reformer.

Day 26 of the challenge, focusing on shoulders and triceps. The workout includes machine presses and ab exercises, all performed under the guidance of a personal trainer.

Day 35 of the journey. This session includes dumbbell rows, bicep curls on a preacher machine, and cable squats, demonstrating a well rounded strength training day.

Day 44 of the 100 day challenge, focused on legs. The workout features weighted squats and leg presses, with the trainer providing form correction to ensure safety and effectiveness.
