About Featured
Our sessions are exclusive to members' children aged 7 to 15. We follow a structured 60-minute routine that includes 10 minutes of warm-up, 20 minutes of agility drills using ladders and cones, and 25 minutes of Bollywood dance choreography, finished with a 5-minute cool-down. This keeps your children active and safe in our climate-controlled studio while you focus on your own workout.

The Activity Structure
Every session is designed to keep kids engaged. We use shock-absorbent wooden flooring to protect joints and mirrors for visual feedback. The sessions are split into:
- Warm-up: Gentle movements to prepare muscles.
- Agility Work: Ladder drills and cone work to improve balance and coordination.
- Dance Fitness: Bollywood-inspired choreography that gets the heart rate up.
- Cool-down: Stretching and recovery.
Sunday Activity Packs
For parents looking for consistency, our Sunday Activity Pack offers four progressive sessions per month. Unlike drop-in visits, this pack guarantees a spot and includes seasonal themed events like our Halloween workouts. It allows kids to see their friends regularly and progress through new activity levels each week.
Safety and Environment
Your child’s safety is our priority. We provide a fully air-conditioned studio environment with RO water access and standard changing room facilities. Sessions are led by a dedicated group fitness instructor who focuses on fun and safety, letting you train in the gym with peace of mind. Note that these sessions are reserved strictly for the children of our existing members.
