About Pop-Ups & Collaborations
Unlike my private in-home services, these pop-ups are communal, meaning you will be sharing a table with other food lovers. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please mention them when booking, as the fixed menu format we use for these collaborative events is set in advance to ensure we get the absolute freshest seasonal produce for every plate.
Collaborations and pop-ups are where I get to experiment. When I pair up with another chef, like in our 4 Hands series, we combine different training backgrounds and culinary philosophies to create a menu you won't find anywhere else.
The Experience
These events are designed to be social. We strip away the formal barriers of traditional fine dining. You will be seated at a communal table where the conversation flows as easily as the wine. I personally introduce each course, explaining the origin of the ingredients and the technique behind the dish, whether it is a delicate ballotine of fish or a rich, slow-cooked meat.
What to Expect
- Fixed Menus: Each event features a set menu to ensure consistency and quality. I focus on seasonal market ingredients, so the menu changes based on what is freshest in Bangalore that week.
- Venue Variety: These take place in different settings, from established venues like The Conservatory to my own private residence. Each location dictates the mood, but the food remains centered on modern European techniques.
- Small Groups: To keep the interaction meaningful, we usually cap these at 8 to 12 guests. It is an intimate setup that allows for real connection between the kitchen and the dining table.
